Eric Everett is the President of Frontier Realty Management and the driving force behind Frontier’s operations and experience. Eric holds an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Memphis and a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. He began his real estate career in the late 1990’s at CBRE in Memphis, Tennessee and started Frontier in 2002, bringing over 23 years of experience and knowledge.

During his time at CBRE, he was a member of the Investment Sales team and was involved in sales transactions totaling over $250 million and lease transactions totaling over $50 million. Their group sold many high-profile properties in Memphis including the Crescent Center, One Commerce Square and the Forum I office buildings.

In 2002, Eric started Frontier Realty Management, LLC focusing on property management and investments along with redevelopment and construction projects. He was able to leverage his experience at CBRE to develop a property management company focusing on taking average performing properties and turning them into very profitable ones through leasing, expense reduction and premier property management. In addition, Frontier has a track record of repositioning underperforming properties via leasing and capital improvements. Eric’s experience in construction ensures that capital improvement projects are cost effective and contribute to the success of the redevelopment projects.

Eric brings a unique background of investment sales, property management, leasing and construction experience. All of which allows Frontier to provide unparalleled service to their clients.

During the past 20 years, Frontier has been involved with commercial leasing and property management of over 45 shopping centers and office properties with sales transactions totaling over $50 million and lease transactions over $35 million. In addition, Frontier has repositioned several large box retail spaces as climate-controlled storage businesses.

Eric is also a licensed general contractor in Tennessee.
