Our Story

Eric Everett founded Frontier Realty Management in 2002 after spending several years at CBRE in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was part of the Investment Sales team. During his time at CBRE in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Eric was involved in over $50 million in lease transactions and over $100 million in investment sales transactions. The team sold many high-profile properties in Memphis including the Crescent Center, One Commerce Square, and the Forum I and Forum II office buildings.

But Eric saw a problem in the industry. Traditional property management companies acted as middlemen—outsourcing all repairs and maintenance, then marking up the costs and passing inflated bills to property owners. Owners were paying too much for work that took too long and wasn’t supervised properly.

Eric envisioned a different approach: a property management company that combined property management expertise with construction knowledge. By bringing construction capabilities in-house, Frontier could handle repairs directly, supervise contractors properly, and ensure property owners never overpaid for work.

In 2002, he founded Frontier Realty Management with this mission: provide commercial property owners with expert management focused on their best interests, backed by construction intelligence that keeps costs down and quality high.

Eric Everett – President

Eric founded Frontier Realty Management in 2002 after working in investment sales at CBRE Memphis in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Eric brings a unique combination of skills that few property managers possess: investment sales experience, property management expertise, leasing knowledge, and construction intelligence. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis. He is also a licensed real estate broker and licensed general contractor in Tennessee.

With over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, Eric personally oversees Frontier’s operations and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. He is known for building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, and consistently identifies opportunities to improve property performance and benefit clients.

Lizz Newsome – Property Management & Lease Administration

Lizz brings over 20 years of experience in administration and construction management to Frontier, with more than 5 years specifically in property management. She handles lease administration and day-to-day property management operations for all Frontier-managed properties.

Lizz is known as an excellent communicator who provides clear, timely updates to property owners, tenants, and vendors. Her background in construction management gives her a keen understanding of building systems and maintenance issues. She has a sharp eye for identifying potential problems before they escalate, helping clients avoid costly repairs and disruptions.

As the primary contact for tenant relations and lease administration, Lizz ensures that tenant issues are addressed promptly and professionally while protecting property owners’ interests.

Missy Collier – Accounting & Financial Management

Missy oversees all accounting and financial management for Frontier’s managed properties. She brings over 25 years of construction accounting experience and deep expertise in the specialized software systems required for commercial property management.

Missy holds an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from East Arkansas Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Christian Brothers University, where she minored in Computer Information Systems. She is Microsoft A+ Certified and was one of the first QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors when the program launched.

Her expertise in construction accounting and property management software ensures that clients receive accurate, timely financial reporting with complete transparency into their property’s financial performance. She is an advanced user of Sage BusinessWorks, Job Power, and QuickBooks, allowing Frontier to provide detailed financial analysis and reporting.
